Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and generally clean, and I appreciated the multiple dining options available. However, the shuttle service was a significant downside for me, with issues on timeliness and communication. Customer service could use improvement as well, especially regarding complaints and shuttle inquiries.
The stay at Palace Station Hotel & Casino had its highs and lows. While the staff was generally friendly and the rooms were spacious, the check-in process left much to be desired, with constant upselling for room upgrades. The location is somewhat distant from the main attractions, making it inconvenient for those relying on foot traffic. The dining options were reasonable, but the lack of a buffet was a notable downside as it was once a popular feature.
My recent stay was pretty disappointing overall. The hotel feels dated and needs to improve several aspects, especially customer service and room conditions. The dining options were limited and the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. On the brighter side, the amenities like the pool area were quite nice, which helped a little to balance the experience.
My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, I found the rooms to be spacious and pretty clean with some modern touches. The amenities, including the pool and in-house entertainment, added some fun to my stay. However, I faced significant issues with the shuttle service and customer service, which really put a damper on the experience. I think it's worth considering if you can overlook the service shortcomings.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The shuttle service was unreliable and disappointing, which overshadowed the positives. Overall, it’s a decent option if you focus on the amenities and value, but be cautious about the shuttle situation.
